Reflections

I am the elegant dancer
Whose moves never graced the floor
I am the unstoppable athlete
With no way or chance to score
I am the fearless fighter
Whose skills never served in war
I am an innovative creator
With blueprints untouched in a drawer
I am the bright-minded individual
In a world without decor
I am the passionate lover
Selling her ring to a secondhand store
All these things I could've been
But I am a dreamer, nothing more.
