Refugees
They came to this country
seeking for saftey
lightning, thunder, all around
soon the rain falls on the ground
living with not enough food
as a bird without wings
people in the streets treating them rude
they came here to live
not to murde, but to survive
wanting to have better life
wanting to be safe
as they have been in their countries before war
willing to work hard
willing to provide
for their families they will to fight
to get their rights they will demand
their voices will be heard
and actions will taking.
