Regret

I miss your smile, I miss your voice. When I see you I rejoice.
I miss your lips, I miss you kiss. The way it makes my life full of bliss.
I miss your face. I miss your eyes. I hated when I said goodbye.
I miss you now,I missed you before. Please come back my heart is sore.

For heaven's sake, I don't know how much more I can take of this heartache.
I missed you all along, you might not believe me, but it's the only truth because it's in my heart where you belong.
About five or six months ago I made the biggest mistake of my life, because true love is what I let go.
I've  stayed up night after night, you being the only thought in my head because you are my bright light.
I want you back, it is you that I lack, without you my world is black.
Yes all these words are true, and I have been blue, but I know you have been too, so please just tell me already what to do.
You said only one person cared, and that person was Josh, gosh, can't you see I'm going insane trying to explain that my love for you runs through my veins.
You might think this is lame, but I hope you feel the same.
I started seeing you in my dreams. All these dreams seemed so real.
My momma started getting worried and stressed because all I wanted to do was sleep so she began to think I was depressed.
But you see I didn't want to put my mom through that, that's not my style, and ever since I faked a smile.
You might be wondering why I didn't tell you this in person, you see I can't cuz I'll start crying like a little baby, but lately that's all I think I am.
You know I'm lazy and I don't really put effort into anything, but you kid, you make me crazy.
I guess what I'm trying to tell you, please believe me when I say this, not one day has passed where I have not loved you…
