Rejection
(poems go here) That man has been stricken by rejection.
The pain runs deeper than sorrow
This great upset has triggered a sense of trepidation
Without a cause there’s no reason for tomorrow
Tears always held back by pride
There’s is no time for food or sleep
Just need time to let agony subside
What can I do when only my words can weep?
Envy consumed the late fire
I was Able
How could you let the villain fulfill your desires?
It still doesn’t matter that offer remains without the label.
Nothing matters when you turned blocking into a weapon
I’m still lost.
Constantly reminded of how I found you
But it was the sharp rejection
That pierced my heart and divided me in two.
