A Rekindled Heart

I don't understand this warm emotion. Love? No, not since the Death of my young wife - Whose holy light cured my own damnation. When she died, I again felt Satan's knife! Then able to steal, beat, kill past mercy And He heard no plea for my forgiveness. Both mournful love and vengeful-sin curse me With a penance - 'Life Absent Happiness'. Yet you, you warm my heart, nourish my soul, But you are bounded, you love another - A close friend, who I've helped to reach his goal. You were his prize, while I played big-brother. Karoline, I love you, As sleeping, peaceful lungs love the next breath ...no reason... Canida, I love you, Gathering the courage to meet in Death, ...this season...
