Relapse

5 days without tears

120 hours of keeping my composure

i fell off the wagon, relapsing into a pool of salt water

i can still taste the salty disappointment on my face

the dams have flooded

every time i rebuild them,

they collapse again and again

the flood waters rush down my face in an uncontrollable frenzy of emotions

anger, frustration, and sadness refuse to be controlled

so what the hell am i supposed to do
