“Relapse is temporary” on gog I’ve heard that one a few times but what I wasn’t told is what is important

RECOVERY IS ALSO TEMPORARY

And so is family

I'm not saying people die I'm saying that sometimes your family is not your loved ones

It's like the quote “Blood is thicker than water” which is to tell a person that family is better than friends but this isn’t the truth like it's not the full quote

I was told to “be small, pretty, smart but not too smart, get a good husband, marry young, marry rich,be the perfect girl that our family needs”

I was told this by almost every adult I looked up to but I'm done with this bullshit

I am the good husband that I was supposed to marry

I'm not small, maybe smart, marrying who I want, marrying when I want,won’t marry according to wealth,and most importantly I AM THE STRONG MAN THAT WILL ENCOURAGE THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHILDREN TO BE WHO THEY WANT
