the release

unhappiness

the struggle to go about your daily life

without experiencing desire for

the end

not a mindset--a plague

and then, a means of escape

one small way to express it

without self-destruction

and it's not so dangerous anymore

feelings and heartbreak and solitude and apathy

different emotions just the same as you've felt them

but now they're on paper

now it's in words

and it's not so numb anymore

a way to vent without disturbing

and it's not so unhappy anymore
