A release from reality

Every sensation I feel

Is expressed in one simple way

Every moment in my life

Is written about every single day

The instrument of peace

Eases each hurtful memory

The words that means so much

Start to create positive energy

Writing, reaching, looking for those pleasant words

I feel a release from all this pressure

No one will understand the tears on this notebook

In the end all I need is my thoughts

Guide me to that special place

Where I am neither judged nor pitified by my actions

A place that will only exist in my mind and in my words

A place where I can be myself and feel at ease
