A Religious Acrostic Poem

Jesus is our Lord and Savior,

Everything he did was for you and me,

Satan did his best to try to tempt him,

Understanding what God wanted Jesus to do, to be perfect

Satan lost the battle.

Christ did miracles in his life,

Healing people of their illness,

Rose again from the dead,

Immanuel showed his wounds to his disciples in that room,

Some people followed him, and some didn’t like him at all,

The people didn’t do nice things to Jesus, he still loved them

Died is what he did for them, for all of us for our sins,

It was known then that Jesus won the battle

Everything was fulfilled from what was prophesied,

Dying on the cross and forgiving our sins was also fulfilled

Freeing us from all sin and temptation,

Overpowering the devil from making us sin,

Restoring and forgiving us,

U and I worship Jesus every Sunday in church,

Singing praises to God for what he has done for us.
