Remebered

Remembered

Lost. Alone. Afraid

Why? Why us?

What have I done?

Are we forgotten?

Home, something I will never know

Tears drip like rain on the cloudiest days

Hiding behind a fake life trying to unmask

Choosing one family between the other, Torn

From home to a heavy heart to being blinded by what’s important

Finding comfort in Fairytale dreams

Back, but all we ask and say is please no more questions too many question adding onto the quiet days you spend alone

Choices, too many choices to make or decide

Silence is the closest thing to a friend

It’s a piece of cake, when you love the right family

Making the right choices

Seeing the hopeful look on strangers when they want you to be their kid

Looking for people like you

Seeing your mask peel away to unravel the truth

“You can’t choose your parentage, but you can choose your legacy.” Rick Riordan

Deciding how you’re going to let people see YOU!!

Just because a decision was made doesn't mean you have to agree

Because that's the way you want to be remembered by the world

Found. Safe. Comfort

The way we get seen or caught off guard

The way we choose to be remembered

The way I know you, but the way you don’t know me

Others might know you this way

But you are remembered on how you end your story.
