Remember

I remembered you last night But all that seems to fade away With passing floors you become a dream While in my head the timer ticks I replayed things as real as the first And what has happened has become again But who is this? And what's going on? I don't feel that you are who you used to be Why should we part? You are always in my heart But when this episode Draws to a close I will be reminded Don't worry about me- I'm right where I was Trying to find you in a fog that gets darker When all is said and done, I'll awaken Not knowing where I am, but knowing I need to find you Your drawings that I see on the walls Are the dreams and thoughts of someone else The things their eyes see in me Are what I remember seeing in you Why should we part? You are always in my heart But when this episode Draws to a close I will be reminded As I now sleep I will forget you But I will not forget the things you remember I will forget who you are and what you have done I will only remember to find you
