Remember

Remember sitting in our cozy little hideaway

You know babe; the place where we used to stay

That cute little restaurant down by the beach

And with loving grace across the table our hands would reach

Remember the rides on my bike that we used to take

You know babe; when we rode down by the lake

Talking, laughing and giggling and just having fun

Just snuggling up together and chasing the sun

Remember the amusement park where we used to play

You know babe; it still stands to this day

Those rides we would take oh how they made you laugh

Sometimes I hear your voice and it cuts me in half

I know your happy now with your family and friends

And I just dialed your number up with these sweaty hands

You know babe; not to tell you what to do

Just to say that I remember you
