Remember

Five-years-old.

I remember,

always remember,

the first and most amazing gift I had received from my parents.

A Castle.

It came with dolls and how I loved those dolls,

moving them, and shaping them to have the life that I have always so desperately wanted.

One could say that’s the moment that I can pinpoint

the Moment when I realised I was a dreamer.

It can be a dangerous life being a

dreamer,

and God knows I have dreamed of some fantastic, whimsical things.

And God knows that I have had sad dreams, dangerous dreams.

Moments where I have felt low and lifeless

but what most do not realise,

most can never realise,

is that these Moments, these dreams

do not define

Me.

What I am, Who I am is not normal

Normal is boring and I Strive to run from that

I Strive to make memories, make Moments happen

not,

not to watch my life run before my exhausted eyes.

I Strive to understand, Strive for knowledge of everything

no matter the cost.

I am tough and I am confident.

I can make peace with myself,

and most importantly understand myself.

I can see my impact on the lives of others,

though at no cost which I know of.

And I can understand that we all

impact each other.

Make an imprint.

I am not the one that knows why I am here

but I can be the one to understand  that I am here for a reason...

here to make my mark.
