Remember the times ...

Proverbs 1:23

23 If only you will respond to my rebuke,
then I will pour out my thoughts to you
and I will make my words known to you.

Remember

When thoughts are fleeting in the night they may not return in the morning.

Are they imprints of the past ... or a future yet unseen?

At these times all seems right ... and not set aside for mourning,

even though they pass too fast ... like they never have been.

The day ahead will surely not ... help me to remember.

Today will have many cares ... precluded of its own.

Until the night will surely bring to remembrance

that little in this world seems fair ... a conclusion long forgone.
