Reminisce

As I think back on what we had, I came to the conclusion that it wasn't that bad.

I reminisce and I miss those perfect lips

and the way I wrapped my hands around your hips.

So many experiences, so much time. An illusion that kept us together

because we always told ourselves it'll all be better

As we travel through the dangerous road of love

we should thank the man above. You're as beautiful as a dove.

We've each had our ups and downs, one would smile while the other would frown.

Our love is like a huge teeter totter, don't say sorry, don't even bother.

Love is in the air, don't remind of the past because I don't care.

I'm sorry for my selflishness, I never thought it would wreck your happiness.

I regret making you cry. Life without you? I'd rather die.

Our first time, both inexperienced under the moonlight's shine.

Bitter sweer, under the sheets. We break up to make up.

I want to dedicate you this rhyme because I'll love you till' the end of time.
