Reminisce
Have you ever found yourself saying,
Where does the time go?
Or, I remember when?
Sure you have.
It’s a part of getting older.
And just a little wiser.
Trust me, it happens to the best of us.
One minute we are a teen and the next minute we are adults.
Looking back on memories will always be just that.
Memories.
Memories of the good times and the bad.
Memories of mom when she use to say things like….
You better not cry,
After she just whooped your ass, like a runaway slave.
Or grandma, making those meals only grandma could make.
Have you ever found yourself saying….
Where does the time go?
Or, I remember when?
Looking back over memories while growing old, is a blessing
Think about it.
You live to say, Where does the time go?
You live to say, I remember when.
You live to be the memory!!
And the good thing about it is….
You are the memory that creates memories.
Have you ever found yourself saying….
Where does the time go?
Or, I remember when?
