Reminiscing

I opened up my eyes this morning and to my surprise that the dreams of being home with you were only sad deceitful lies so I close my eyes and fell asleep as you run through my head and I thought to myself if this is living i would rather be dead so I cried alone in this room Made of Stone through the years I've grown where I hang my hope is now my home never thought this road I walked would ever lead away from you never thought that my nightmares would eventually come true but now that I am far away and locked up in this place I reminisce on what we had has tears come down my face maybe someday down this road our paths will cross again maybe when the storm has cleared we can remain as friends but who knows what tomorrow brings or what it will take fromantic me I just pray it will bring you back and take my misery so I'll sing my song and pretend nothing is wrong but my days are too long when I realize you're gone so I will sit here and wait and watch this love turn into hate loneliness is my only fate until the day they let me through those Gates
