Remission

Dear Crohn's

You don't own me

I have hope for healing

I have faith that I am in control

Dear Crohn's

I was just 11

12 pills a day, but I won

I had more faith than you

Dear Crohn's

I'm in Marching Band

I won competitions in architecture

You didn't hold me back.

Dear Crohn's

I'm heading to college.

One shot a week now.

My doctor said the word...

Remission!!
