Renovations

For me -

my foundation was laid.

Day by day,

brick by brick,

I force change.

Take it in -

this version of me.

Hold on to it,

loosely though.

You won't see my soul,

this way-

twice!

Stronger,

by brick and brick.

Wiser,

by day and day.
