A reoccurring theme
The buildup of pressure that sparks the masses
The longing of pain that drives me insane
I feel the weight upon my chest
The gridding of despair going deeper in my soul
Like a vortex sucking me dry
I lie awake at night wishing that the numbness would overtake me
Knowing this is my only salvation
Feeling the weight of the world corrupting my stability
That is why
I write to release my pain
To find my escape
The only way out for me
To cleanse my soul
Before becoming numb again
Then there is no hope
