Repairable Love

Like the sun in the sky

so close yet so far.

walking by and by

Is this love?

As close as day and night

when the sun hugs the moon

and the stars stick together

I come to realize

love is far

Maybe it’s just me

I see the garden and gnome as one

The leaves and trees are glue

But why? why is there no love in me?

Large like an ocean

that’s how our family is

Day by day it gets wider and wider

is this impossible to repair?

Like rain drizzling

slowly yet effectively

Everyone singing happily

This is love
