Pour this sky of words into my heart.
Some will take root there.
Some of those will learn to grow tall and potent,
Eventually, they lance the sky
Which once was their home.
Others will grow, sprouting tendrils
Those tendrils will seize open surface
And make them their second roots.
This is what an intentional shower of words
Can do. We don’t even know where the shower
Will end. That is its finest grace.
