Fighting the uphill battle no one wants to fight Deep breaths in Slow breaths out Make it through the night Awaken to a morning you're not very sure you want to face Feet on the ground get up One foot forward at time walk Inhale Exhale Ground yourself Push forward into a new dawn Steadying yourself for another round Breaking through limits Cultivating patience You are always stronger Than you give yourself Credit for Resilience is a blessing The inner strength relied on
