Respect comes in many forms

Being quiet while someone else is talking

Saying please and thank you

Holding the doors for others

All forms of respecting others

But something that is overlooked is self respect.

Specifically treating your body as a temple,

Which includes not mistaking sex for "love",

Not allowing people mistreat you-

Physically, sexually, emotionally spiritually abuse you.

As the famous saying goes,

"If you don't respect yourself, who will?"
