Respiratory and Nervous Systems
Trying to expel some of this so I,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Still lingers and aches in the pits of my heart,
Uncomfortable in its presence,
Weighing me down.
Lurking in the corners and creases of my brain,
Think happy thoughts,
Any other thoughts.
Continuously there whatever I do in the folds of my activities,
Bothersome if acknowledged,
Slowing any progress.
