Rest in Peace.

Death is a tricky phenomenon

That comes and goes at times

Unexpected,

Striking at times most unwanted.

Rest in Peace my soul.

Such a thing takes many forms,

Not only ending physical life

But taking as well the joy a person feels

With each breath,

Making it as so they have left the earth.

Rest in Peace my soul.

You have left a whole so large

My insides have become nothing

Making my life a transparent figure floating,

In the afterlife.

Rest in Peace my Soul.

We were once so close,

You were my life support,

Steadily pumping blood through my veins

Until,

You became the very thing that poisoned my heart.

Quickly and without warning

Did you supply the killing thing.

Rest in Peace my Soul.

REST IN PEACE MY SOUL

REST IN PEACE

REST IN

REST

rest.
