Restore hope

A ceasefire from UPDF/Juba point of view, is nothing other than a tactical advantage. A moment to re-equip & further arm the insurgents that's backing their current regime. It's November & the soon-to-end rainy season is looming, this scenario is equivalent to an impending doom. Because no matter which side you pledge your allegiance, S. Sundanese are dying... I understand it's war, but the majority of these souls aren't even on battlefield women, children etc.
