Restored Faith

Hear these words, For they won't go unspoken, I won't let myself become broken, I can be strong, I can't believe it took me this long, but now I see, There's nothing wrong, Not with me, I won't give up, I won't go down, I refuse to show my frown, I can survive, This is how I will strive, Soon I'll improve, I'll just have prove it, Even if it takes a little bit, For I have light, It just wasn't in sight, Now that I know where to look, I won't be hanging by this hook, and if you refuse to see it, Then you lost me, But I hope it doesn't have to be that way, I hope you choose to stay, I'm not one to lose, I've been nothing but good to you, And that is true, That's all I got to say, But it's on you if you stay.
