restraint
as men, we need to do a better job of restraint
where a woman provokes you
pressing that same button repeatedly
to the level where it climaxes to its boiling point
it's not worth striking her across the face
what did you really gain?
your manhood, it was shattered like broken glass on the floor triggered by anger of your woman
the only thing you profitted was wasted money in telling your life story to a counselor
about how you became a monster
if anything, just walk away
take deep breaths and put her in her place in a way that doesn't require brute force
easier said than done
i understand completely
i get it
use your mind to intellectualize rather than your fist to desensitize
where emotions have no remorse
only satisfaction was seeing how red your knuckles are
and bruises that foreshadows abuse all across her face
was it really worth it when you struck her
you now realize it
but its too late
