Resurrection

Can’t feel anything in my legs because  all I feel is numb

My mouth is taped but I feel like swallowing a gun

In all my 17 years  I'm just trying to be the one

But for my feelings  I'm cutting them off and just run

I’m half past broken and on smoke I’m choking

I'm just a guy that's trying to live in the moment

I need to slow down  because I'm starting to lose focus

This poetry keeps me moving Poetry in Motion

I feel like I'm invisible it's nothing but cyclical

What's the word trust because it's nothing but cynical

I'm telling you my life I’m anything but typical

But I'll fight till I'm at the pinnacle

I got the soul of a tiger and  the heart of a lion

But lately I feel nothing but the feeling of dead silence

Is golden  but in my mind I want to start a riot

I got one word engraved in my heart and that’s violence

To be honest I'm sick of my existence

I'm very persistent  especially when it comes to keeping my wrist slit

When it comes with socializing I'm a social misfit

Why are you saying wer’re one of the same when  I was born to be different
