REVENGE, THE MONARCH, AND ANARCHY

A Wise Woman Once Said "They say there are five stages of grief: Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Well, I'd like to add one more... Revenge." Revenge is an interesting thing Because for the Experienced it blows up in the face of one's opponent However for the Novice it tends to blow up in their own Lets just say that I am one with the latter My experience with revenge is limited For I am usually the one who keeps her mouth shut But not with Sophia Because, you see, Sophia is a different type of "problem child" Now we aren't just talking about typical Middle School Mean Girl Or the casual classroom disrupter You see, Sophia is an combination of the two and *INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO* - A posse of brainwashed drones who all hate each other but only behind each other backs - Teachers that either despise or adore her - A bad relationship with her parents that gives her the 'pity factor' - A genetic mutation known as 'not giving a crap about how much trouble I get into' - An entire 8th grade (with the sole exception of her friends ex's and I) that adore her no matter what - As well as unrestricted internet access As one can easily see Sophia is the perfect algebraic equation for disaster for her enemies Her enemies, being me See I tried revenge once; and all it got me was A) an angry group chat B) Three Snapchat stories calling me some unpleasant names and C) a very lonely summer But all that's fine now, because she thought it over during the summer, and came back and acted like nothing happened So now it is time for ME Because I am DONE getting walked all over, I am DONE getting treated like a free therapist I am DONE only being a strong singer in their eyes I am DONE being disposable to them I am DONE walking on eggshells so I don't hurt their feelings and become the next target And I am DONE with Sophia I have information, Intel that no one else knows So its over for Little Miss Sophia if she comes back Because I no longer only have 5 kids numbers on my phone, And my dear friends if I'm going out, I'm going out with tears, hatred, flair, and a well worded essay. So "I'm Sorry" I couldn't fit her mold of a 'best friend' Because unlike them, I don't lie to save face, NOT ANY MORE NEVER, EVER AGAIN. So long live the queen of Middle School; Miss Sophia C I have not come to be the queen, simply to put her in her proper place as court jester I cannot rule, and I have no desire to either, So call me what you may But I personally don't mind the term Anarchist myself, I don't enjoy it but I shall be cruel if I must But hey, you had your reign Your Majesty, But we start high school in August The real question is Who Will Be Your Successor?

A young girl chasing a dream that can't be caught, Holding onto hope that is too far gone Losing her mind trying to help others get theirs back Prayers go unanswered no matter what she does It's the life of no one, no one but me
