But the light bring you out
Look up into that big beautiful sky
and shout
Acknowledge your existence
For You are here
Be here
Be present
Rid your anger
Rid your fear
Take no care to your enemies
for
They are
worthless
Here you are
In this moment
Alive
Take not from this beautiful life
Ones own
you are not an artificial existence in this world
of nonsense
... of doubt
So Make no sense of it
For none of us hold the answers
And sometimes God is no where
when we need faith
Understand that
Life is hard, Life is rough
Allow your artful being to relinquish your hurt
And Through the beauty of expression
Find your light
Dream through the sadness
Create through the hurt
Release your ever haunting thoughts
Through the bends of every paint brush stroke, every J Cole note
Find love not in persons but in oneself
Love surrounds you with every breath you take
So close your eyes
breath in
Deep and slow
release your breath
open your eyes
Unveil
The beauty of life
That You are meant to live
