Reverse

Imagine a world where things were reversed.

Girls could walk down the hallways, hands intertwined

Boys could stroll in the park, arms holding each other.

This was the normal.

But instead,

We live in a place where these things are frowned upon.

We used excuses like,

"It's against the word of God."

"It doesn't agree with the way things have always been."

"It's weird."

How would you feel if you were discriminated against

for something you couldn't control?

We don't accept you because you have brown eyes.

We dislike you because you're too tall.

We aren't a fan of your freckles.

Put yourself in the shoes of others.
