Revolt by Codename.Chris
Everything is gonna be alright I promise you
For the critics who be hatin let me conquer and silence you
Don't be scared I know that we have to be let through
Black Power rising revolt now here's the interlude
Now you can call me what you want
You can ball I see is a poor black excuse, where's your knowledge what's the use
I got knowledge for the young
I got knowledge for the old
All the silver in the world couldn't change my skin from gold
You can stay a "believer" all I want from you is unity
Don't let them come in here and overtake our black communities
They ain't providing they're more like dividing
Paradise lost it will come at a cost
It's surprising but uprising come in the Black Power
Don't you dare try to stop me you low coward
It's in no means that everything matters
But with lives like us you better act like ours matter
It's a need for us to be us believe us
Don't you bleed brother it's a creed that Jesus...wait
If he can see us deceive us
My grandfather looks more like Jesus than Jesus
It's funny got my butt rollin on the floor
Getting lint in my hair and lint in my clothes
Listen to the words of my flow
I can make the sh*t miss the fan and fall right back on the floor
I knocked on your door you were scared to answer
Look more shook than a private dancer
Everything you do is a joke,
When will you quit when I spit on the mic you're gonna choke
I want the full black community to know
That we will revolt like a colt on a ligthning bolt.
