The Revolution
not to think
not to fear
not to feel that i was broken. because what i was feeling wasn't brokenness at the time. what we were feeling was love.
love.
so i thought... that love was something magical and consuming and awe inspiring and magnifying and wholesomely, contangiously, devouring love
consume . devour . . .
the putred greeeeen
rolled into browwwn
how i smell the
deeper i breath to
consume. devour
my veins.
my veins are nervous- are twitching. are full of love?
no no no
what is this artificial, superficial feeling that has consumed me
the people so close or so i thought love to love me like this?
peer pressure!
i am no better loved than not!
i am lonely. i am lost
but i plaster on my face the crooked teeth big mouthed grin
as
usual
i am not sad though
but i am lost and i am
confused
i will tell you one thing i am not
.
.
loved.
but lean your ears closer i bring good tidings!
yes!
of great joy!
the days rolled by and i persisted to fit in as i did the way i thought i should and knew i shouldn't
something was lacking
but when
but when i finally said no
when i finally walked away
i felt something so incrediblly awe inspiring that my imagination cannot fathom to explain
my body consumed
my veins consumed!
again!
but this time more
this time right
this time i felt the love that is a GIFT to us all
from the ONE who loves us most
the SPIRIT that is inside of all of us to know
that once we say yes to that
we
will have
the
.
.
LOVE
