Revolutionary, for whom?

R-E-V-O-L-U-T-I-O-N-A-R-Y…

This word holds so many tears and broken bones.

Sometimes I wonder, if the revolutionary stride that

Was made by my ancestors, have made a difference?

As I see the roads filled with blood of fallen boys and tears of mothers

Fallen on the street floor.

R-E-V-O-L-U-T-I-O-N-A-R-Y…

The word is the voice of activist; they that are still fighting from up-above.

Trying to guide future legs to walk tall and proud.

To know that past leaders are watching them, hoping that

They can change the world more, than what is given.

The word, Revolutionary, should push us all to do better,

In this world of chaos.

I wonder, if Revolutionary was never invented, what

Would the world be like?

Would the world still have hate in their hearts?

And murder in their eyes?

Could the world even be peaceful without it?

These concerns become greater, as this world

Evolves every second.

Yet, I am still confused,

Is Revolutionary, meant to mend history?

Or is it meant to be broken?

Because as days go by

The revolutionary once fought for

From my ancestors

Is still not won.

Therefore, the revolutionary

Has just begun.
