"Remove the Ghetto and NOT the People"
Depsite our current placement
We always Disapproved of the rats in the basement
Beauitication has to be the unified statement
Black and brown faces with no replacements
Similar cases of despair
Many handled unfairly
Lost in stress and no cares
Something so common like an dreamful stare
My place is out there somewhere
Despite my circumstance
Where luck has no chance
One foot after another on that hard work dance
Fighting for peace and romance
The spirit of Jazz fills my veins
Horns of victory keep me sane
Rename the burden with change
Remember the good ole days with no shame
Blue skies and white fur coats
Red suits and bow ties
Black sorrow created by lies
Kitchen table filled with moldy bread and fruit flies
Mom too strong to cry
So she holds it inside
With that unspoken pride
Each mountain has a sunny side
Remove the GHETTO and not the people
God's chosen has no sequel
