Riddle Poem

I make the actions of one bring delight to the other Everyone uses me in their own form My twin is never around me The center of survival is never torn I come when I please Unlike a planned, prepared corn Respect is gained where ever I’m around The headquarters of an individual is my dorm Commonly referred as strong fondness between a combo My job can be as loud as a horn What am I?
