Riding to Live

As she goes you can feel

her smooth stride benath you, and

the sound of her gallop sooths you with relief

her feet are as swift as rolling thunder

riding with all your pride and joy

There is nothing closer between

a rider and a horse

I love horses from head to hoof

and tail to mane

and as someone once said

¨In riding a horse you barrow freedom¨
