Right Here

I'm Right Here

Standing on the bridge between my childhood and the next stage

Not yet wanting to turn the next page

I'm Right Here

Packing but not ready to close the suitcase

Lingering around just incase

I'm Right Here

Knowing I can't stop time

but I'm trying hard to slow down the chime

I'm Right Here

Taking one step forward not trying to look back

As my old life fades to black

I'm Right Here

Excited and terrified to reach the other side

Knowing there is nowhere to hide

I'm Right Here

Are you here too?

Can I walk alongside you?

I'm Right Here and so are you.

But don't worry, it's nothing we can't get through

Together, me and you.

I'm Right here, and so are you.
