The Right Type

I do not like

the laid back

nonchalant

not a care in the world emanating

grade giving

just throw to whoever wants them

type

like candy on Halloween

those unearned A's in excess

Students smiling  with open hands ready to receive

There is a demand and the instructor supplies

But I demand something greater

I yearn for education

I hunger to learn

I don't like sweet sugar coated

I want the rough  rocky reality

The truth

What everything is about and what it will become

I like

the passionate

innovative

prepared and exciting

gives grades and assesses based on what the pupil has done

type

That's a change I hope for

something that I want for all schools

and classrooms

The right type of Teacher

Gives the right type of education
