RIP

What is loss?

Loss is always difficult to manage

While all who grieve

Are at a Disadvantage

We must not misconceive

From his heavenly point of vantage

He feels a bittersweet relief

His body may depart

But he lives on in our hearts

Known well and smart

As we all come together to take part

He has gone to make a fresh start

In heaven his deeds are set apart

He may forever keep an eye

On all those loved

By and by

All love and anger gloved

Up in the great blue sky

Forever our beloved

His character one so tall

A father, a husband, a friend to all

Here we gather for his final curtain call

Rest in heavenly peace,

Paul
