RIP Angela

Body multilated by misogyny

You'll never be the person

God intended you to be

A dark shroud over your judgement

and lack of empathy

I hardly recognize you

When you talk down to me

Does it make you feel superior?

Does it make you feel better?

To convince yourself that spiritually

You are excluded

Well I'm still here, Dependably

between the rock and hard place

where you taught me

How to be a Woman

I never thought that you were jealously

Looking for an escape

Going to incredibly great lengths

to Change every single. fundamental. thing

about yourself

You've turned into the very thing

We used to hide from.

You've abandoned me here.

Where do I go now??

Now that you've gone.
