Ripples

Disoriented, distorted vision

Simply put, I’m on a mission

Holding breath, holding knives

Destroying death, saving lives

Placing shock onto a face

Taking back the life you gave

Hold in tears and let out anger

Nothing normal, nothing stranger

Back to where you started from

Before this nightmare had begun

My reflection is different when looking at me

At the edge of the water

In a rippling sea
