Rise above rape

I say, Speak up let your voice be heard
don't let anyone doubt you
Don't be afraid, we are powerful as one.
No need to be ashamed, we all have something to say.
I was dehumanized by different guys.
Did that stop with whats mine
I was constantly in different state of mind
I shall put down my glass of wine
nor will I see another line on my thigh
I told others to not behind.
We can no longer let abuse continue
Now
with my open eyes.
No,
But we shall rise and shine
No matter what lies ahead we will make a sign.- Natalie Dubon
