Risk
Risk is not a word innate to our minds;
This is so, for good reasons I suppose.
Risk runs from assurance to impose it's
Threat. He opposes survival techniques
Taught from birth, for what? To change scenery?
This beast wants to cause havoc, create strife.
He is immovable, but silenced quick.
Is it not right to want to silence him?
After all, does he not wish to harm me?
"No," says I, whom he has enlightened so
"He loves you most" how ever can't you see?
He wants more, he wants best, he wants greatness.
Break apart from the solitude, the dim
Walls of your mind, the happiness you say
You have found. You know the depth of your mind
Has forgotten the beauty of puzzle,
The intrigue of doubt, the warmth of loving.
Alas, I will say yes to him, for it is true after all, I do not wish to harm me.
