The Road Ahead

My future feels bright But uncertainty follows Like the stars do the night, And what my future holds, I cannot know. The path is laid out, But my feet, full of doubt, Stand at the threshold, afraid to go. I shall miss what I have, Indeed, very much, But I feel a small push From a force unknown. My time has come, And change waits for none.
