Road to Glory

Everytime I open my eyes there's a battle

So focused on physical, yet spiritually doubting

We as a community have the wrong prowess, runnning to other options

Getting drunk of the id and pride, to hide the issues on the inside.

Using the wrong weapon as protection, going to bullets and knives iight

Love and prayer can lead you in the right direction.

Everyone's got a story

Deal with issues (long term and temporary)

Don't know how to cope

Hear motivation time and time before

When you need 'em most, they out the door

The Road to Glory is hard for sure

Lost in time, tryna make a way

Doing everything to get ahead while loosing our identites.

Wondering if others can see your struggles day to day

Please remember that trouble don't last always

Everyone's got a story

Deal with issues (long term and temporary)

Don't know how to cope

Hear motivation time and time before

When you need 'em most, they out the door

The Road to Glory is hard for sure
