The Road is Tortuos

The Road is Tortuous It is strenuous. It is tortuous. It is mountainous. It is muderous. It is heart scratching And brain cracking And mind waving And needs sacrificing: Your nights to a little rest, Your days to last avail, And your sun and rain. Why should you fail? A tiring journey Up the mountain Of gold and diamond, Of knowledge and mace. But the determination Will surmount the notion, With patience as a means On the land or in sea. The road to success Is full of thorns. The road is tortuous And mountainous.
